When I was around 12, I found Deviant Art by trying to find templates/bases to print out for my three characters. Deviant art hasn't really changed me, other than make me a bit smarter? I guess? it's the best word I could come up with. As for joining Deviant art, I don't regret it... It's led me to meet a lot of friends. People that have left, and people that have stayed with me. I've moved accounts a lot, so that doesn't really help all too much.
This was my very first deviation, and my very first work on my tablet in general. As bad as it is, I remember being very proud of it. It has a very special place in my heart, and has pretty much gotten me started on art in general.
This is my very first contest entry. Again, I was really proud of this.
Aaand, this is my very request, to humanize some kind of nightmare bug. I was never really sure what the heck it was. it just looked like a giant fuzz ball.
Mimi was my second human character. I actually still use her to this day, but I did a huge overhaul on her design and backstory.
And finally, one of my latest works. Through the 2 years I have been hear, I can proudly say that I've improved. And I won't stop improving. Though, Deviant art doesn't have the best community at times, I don't regret coming here. And I would like to say, thank you. And thank you to those who have encouraged me to go on with my work in my darkest times, even if there are not many of you.
Happy Birthday Deviant Art.
